If you take a few minutes to discuss your interests, hobbies, and style, that will allow us to create a vision to work towards for your session and finished products. We will talk about your outfit selection as well as your colors and styles. Then we will discuss the decor and interior design of your home. Knowing where you are planning on displaying your custom portraits will allow us to create art with color harmony and style that will match and compliment your home. Our artist will ask for snap shots of your rooms to be emailed in if you choose. Just taking 10 minutes of preplanning for the session will be appreciated for a lifetime.

Plan Your Session!

Baby's room, living room, family room, man cave, or anywhere else in your home... don't you think it's important for your photographer to know where an image will be displayed? Seriously... a large family portrait over your fireplace with everyone in denim on a solid white background will probably not look good in your living room if it's brown! Color, composition, and style are too important to not be discussed ahead of time. Let Scott and Kelly consult with you before your portrait session.

We love to create custom art and it takes a little extra special attention from all of us to create special portraits for you. We want to be just as proud of our work as possible and we know you want to be proud of them when you show 'em off!

Photo Session Day.

Our studio is located in Avon, Indiana behind our historic home that was built in 1863. We have 10 acres with outdoor sets, several of the oldest trees in Hendricks county, old vehicles and more on our property. We offer indoor, outdoor, and on location photo sessions.

We always take suggestions and cater to your needs during the photo session. We have professional makeup & hair styling available with several of our sessions upon request.

An Amazing End To Your Session

You will be viewing and ordering your portraits on the day of your session, so be prepared to make your selections and place your order. The debut of your movie after your photo session is a very emotional experience. Seeing your beautiful images larger than life on our 14 foot HD screen will leave a life long impression on you. Viewing pictures by looking at little proofs is not the way to choose your images. This high tech approach that we use is so much better for us and our clients. Order sessions usually take about 1hr from start to finish. If you have small children, you may want to arrange to have someone take them home or out for a snack while you choose your images. Payment is due in full at time of the order.

Our same day viewing/sales session saves hours of time on your part by not having to make multiple trips. If a repeat sales session needs to be scheduled, it can be for a small fee. If you have any questions at all, please contact us. It's better to ask the questions prior to your session for the best possible experience.
