Scott I am having the same problem I had last month the download stalls half way or more than half way through on the first file. I am on my last download attempt any ideas? I have tried both Internet Explorer and Firefox.
There is no download attempt limit. I don’t know why you are having a problem??? It has been downloaded like 50 times today… Bandwidth is still fine? Maybe try it at bed time? Are you dsl or cable? Worse case we will mail you a DVD. The one file is big is that the only one you have not got?
Yes the biggest file is the one that is having trouble downloading. I will keep trying. It doesn’t make a lot of sense. Thanks.
